A representative from the team at Reuben's Retreat, Lisa Coggin, came to our meeting on Thursday 16th April to tell us all more about the charity. 

She explained the whole story of why the charity was established and described the valuable work they do to help not only  bereaved parents but to assist parents with children who are seriously ill. 

She talked about how they are trying to expand the range of help they can offer through new projects and building improvements.

As a charity they do not receive any financial help, everything is done through fundraising, so even the smallest donation s count.

She was pleased that we had chosen to adopt Reuben's Retreat as our chosen charity for this year.
