Over 60s Everyday Strength
We had an enjoyable session. Not too strenuous. You can choose how strong you want the exercises to be and make them more or less strenuous. Jennie our instructor is very accommodating! Over 60s Everyday Strength
We have started a new group and would like to invite you to join us at Brabyn's Recreation Centre. It commences this coming Wednesday March 18th and takes place each week. You can come every week or just drop in when it's convenient for you. We welcome all members, male or female, young or old!

Stroll in Vernon Park
A group of members braved the elements and enjoyed the February stroll in Vernon Park. We were glad of the hot refreshments after the stroll in Pear Mill.

First Stroll of the year
The strolling group blew away the Christmas cobwebs in the first week of January. You can always join us on our really sociable strolls and enjoy a chat followed by a drink and possibly some food.

French Conversation - Last meeting before Christmas
We all had a fun final session for our French Conversation group. After trying out some French crosswords and some quizzes. We had a lovely Buffet, provided by Rose, who is one of our members.

Tatton Hall
A super visit. This year’s Christmas theme for decorations at the Hall is ‘Once Upon a Christmas’, including festive tales, mainly ‘The Twelve Days of Christmas’.
