Over 60s Everyday Strength
We had an enjoyable session. Not too strenuous. You can choose how strong you want the exercises to be and make them more or less strenuous. Jennie our instructor is very accommodating! Headways Charity
Our chairman, Diane, was extremely proud to present a cheque to the representative from Headways, our charity for last year. Thanks to all our members we raised £1000 to help people who have had a brain injury. Whether it’s buying a book or a jigsaw at out meetings or supporting us at our charity events
