A wonderful fun filled weeks holiday

Experiencing a range of impressive architecture including a wide variety of buildings from Basilicas and Cathedrals; Amphitheatres and Piazzas; Truli homes to Medieval Cave Dwellings.

Seeing pasta making demonstrations. Tasting olive oil at a family run Olive Oil Mill. Walking through the streets with shop fronts displaying tasty looking fruits, vegetables, fish and seafood.

Not to put too fine a point on the delicious food we ate. From the anti-pasta to the wide variety of pasta dishes and from the cakes and desserts of course to the incredible ice creams.

So much to see and do and so little time! An excellent week’s holiday.
