Caroline Ley our new committee member is trying to organise a Pickleball session for us. When she gets full details, she will be sending out a message to you all by Beacon.
I know this is a bit early, but I was wondering if there are any members who would like to go to a Turkey and Tinsel Event in November. I organised one last year as you know which we enjoyed very much.

Games Group - 1st Wednesday of the month - 10am to 12 noon

The new Games Group is now up and running with a variety of board games for members to choose from.
The meetings are held on 1st Wednesday of each month at Marple Methodist Church at 10am till 12, and we would like as many of you to come and enjoy playing games, meeting new people to socialise with and bring your friends and even learn new games if you so wish.
I look forward to seeing lots of you there.

It is with great sadness that we record the death of Geff Fogg. Geff was a member of MBM u3a committee for many years, and co-leader of our Strolling Group.
We send our sincere sympathy to his wife Joan, his family and all his friends.
