Meet outside Costa Coffee in Marple at approx. 10.30am
Take the 385 bus to Shiloh Road, Mellor leaving from Costa, Marple at 10.47am.
Cross Moor End Road at Five Lane Ends to Boggard Road. The road climbs gently to Whetmorhurst Lane.
Turn right down Whetmorhurst Lane, which is very steep but a tarmac surface. At the end of Whetmorhurst
Lane turn right onto Gibb Lane and continue to junction onto Moor End Road, opposite the Devonshire
Arms.

The 385 bus leaves the Devonshire Arms at 12.08 to return to Marple where we could go to one of
the cafes. Alternatively the Devonshire Arms opens at 12.00 where we could enjoy some refreshments.
Buses are hourly to return to Marple
